Conversation Ownership
When an inbox conversation is responded to, ownership will automatically be assigned once a response email is received.
Ownership of the conversation can be manually viewed, edited, or assigned within the top information bar. Under Owner click the triangle to expand the drop-down list and select the appropriate owner/yourself.
If ownership is assigned to you and you wish to remove ownership, click Unassign.
Viewing Owned Open & Closed Conversations
Under Assigned to me, you can toggle to view open or closed conversations.
