Accessing the Conversations - Inbox


From the collapsible navigation sidebar on the left side of the screen, click CRM.
Select Inbox from the dropdown menu.
Verify that you are in your department’s correct inbox in the top left corner.

To change your inbox, click the name of the current inbox and begin typing the name of the inbox you are looking for. Additionally, you can click the triangle-down icon to expand a drop-down list.

Try clicking the ⋯ next to your doc name or using a keyboard shortcut (
CtrlP
) instead.
