The New Employee Onboarding kit provides a comprehensive guide for new hires at NewRetirement to complete tasks over their first four weeks, with flexibility to adjust the order as needed. The onboarding process includes setting up necessary tools and systems, such as Cledara for tool access requests, and completing various training modules through KnowBe4. HR/Operational support is available via Slack from Danielle Jackson for HR-related queries and John Pick for security application assistance. The first week involves activities like document submission for employment verification, security and harassment prevention training, creating a financial plan, and meeting an onboarding buddy. Subsequent weeks include tasks such as benefit enrollment and deeper integration into the company's systems and culture. Feedback and notes can be added to a specified Coda document, and any gaps or suggestions for the onboarding process should be flagged for improvement.
