In document setup user can set the document for institute. Clicking on Documents setup Tab, user can view following page as shown in screenshot below:
Copy
Clicking on copy button, pop will be displayed as shown in screenshot below: Clicking on Confirm button, user can copy all the documents. Add New Documents Setup
Clicking on “Add new”, user can add new document.
Clicking on “Add new” button, user can view add document page. Add all the required filed and Click on “Save” button to add document.
Set Compulsory
Users can Set Compulsory “Documents” after clicking on “Set Compulsory” button as shown in screenshot below.
Steps to Set Compulsory Document
Select required Document & click on Set Compulsory button.
Confirmation message is seen on clicking on Set Compulsory button as shown in screenshot below. Click on Set Compulsory button to set compulsory document.
On click on “Set Compulsory” button, Document grid column “Compulsory” checkbox is checked as shown in screenshot below.
Set Optional
Users can Set Optional “Documents” after clicking on “Set Optional” button as shown in screenshot below.
Steps to Set Optional Document
Select required Document & click on Set Optional button.
Confirmation message is seen on clicking on Set Optional button as shown in screenshot below. Click on Set Optional button to set document optional.
On click on “Set Optional” button, Document grid column “Compulsory” checkbox is unchecked as shown in screenshot below.
Users can update “Documents Setup” status after clicking on “Publish & Unpublished” button as shown in screenshot below.
Steps to change Documents setup status
Select required Document & click on Publish/ Unpublish button.
Confirmation message is seen on clicking on Publish / Unpublished button as shown in screenshot below.
Click on Publish/ Unpublish button to change the Document status.
On click on “Publish” & “Unpublish” button, Document status is changed to “Published” & “Unpublished” as shown in screenshot below.
Delete Documents
Users can delete “Documents” after clicking on “Delete” button as shown in screenshot below.
Steps to delete Documents
Select required Documents & click on Delete button.
Confirmation message is seen on clicking on Publish / Unpublished button as shown in screenshot below. Click on Delete button to delete added Documents.
On click on “Delete” button, Documents status is changed to “Deleted” as shown in screenshot below.

Update icon
Clicking on update icon user can Update Documents. Clicking on update button user can update Documents. Upload file icon
Clicking on upload file icon user can add required files as shown in screenshot below: Clicking on upload file icon, pop will be displayed as shown in screenshot below: Upload any file and Click on save button to save file. Filter Documents Setup
