Steps for Educonnect Administrator

The Educonnect Administrator will receive an email notification about the user’s account deletion request.

Clicking on “Click Here” button Educonnect Administrator will redirected to user who requested to delete account.

The Administrator must verify the user’s information and ensure the request is legitimate before proceeding with the account deletion.
Administrators with the appropriate permissions can initiate and complete the account deletion process as per the organizational policies. By clicking on “Delete User” button user account will be soft deleted.

Additional Notes

Users should ensure they provide a valid email address associated with their Educonnect account.
