This menu allows users to configure blogs details and perform additional actions.
Follow these steps to manage blog details and actions:
1. Add Blog Details → Use the menu to create and save new blog entries.
2. Update Blog Details →Edit existing blog information using the menu options.
3. Change Blog Status →Toggle between Published and Unpublished status for blogs.
4. Delete Blog Details →Permanently remove blogs using the delete option.
Pre-Conditions to Access the Blog Management Menu
To access the required menu, ensure the following steps are completed:
1. Open the Application
Launch the application in the recommended browser. 2. Log in to the Application
Enter your credentials to log in successfully. 3. Navigate to the Blogs Menu
Click on the "Blogs" option in the navigation bar. Once these steps are followed, you can access the menu to manage blog details.
Add Blog
Click "Add New"
Locate and click the "Add New" button as shown in the screenshot.

Required Fields for Creating a Blog
When creating a blog, ensure the following fields are completed:
1. Title
2. Author
Specify the author's name. 3. Description
Provide a brief summary or description of the blog. 4. Country
Select or enter the country relevant to the blog. 5. Content
Write the main content of the blog. Ensure all required fields are filled before saving the blog.
Steps to Add a Blog
1. Open the Add Blog Page
Click on "Blog" in the navigation menu. Select the "Add New" button to access the "Add Blog Details" page. 2. Enter Blog Information
Fill in all the required fields:
3. Set Offer Status
Select the appropriate offer status (e.g., Published/Unpublished). 4. Save the Blog
Click "Save" to add the blog details successfully.
Users can duplicate an existing blog’s details by following these steps.
1. Access the Add Blog Page
Click on "Blog" in the navigation menu. Select the "Add New" button to open the "Add Blog Details" page.
2. Select an Existing Blog
Choose the blog you want to copy from the list or available options.
After selecting required Blog, all available details are seen as shown in screenshot below. 3. Edit or Save as Needed
Modify any fields if required. Click "Save" to create a new blog with the copied details.
After saving blogs, the details will appear in the Blog Grid, as shown in the screenshot below.
Select the blog by clicking checkbox of the blog that you want to modify and click "Update" button. Alternatively, you can click on button present in the "Action" column and select "Update" from the options available.
Select the blog you want to modify and click on update button.
Update Blog Details
Modify the details in the available fields as needed (e.g., Title, Author, Description, Country, Content).
Update the required values & click on Update button.
Users can update “Blog” status after clicking on “Publish & Unpublished” button or form the “Action “column as shown in screenshot below.
Select required blog & click on Publish/ Unpublish button.
Confirmation message is seen on clicking on Publish / Unpublished button as shown in screenshot below.
Click on Publish/ Unpublish button to change the blog status.
On click on “Publish” & “Unpublish” button, blog status is changed to “Published” & “Unpublished” as shown in screenshot below.
Users can delete “Blog” after clicking on “Delete” button or form the “Action “column as shown in screenshot below.
Select required blog & click on Delete button.
Confirmation message is seen on clicking on Publish / Unpublished button as shown in screenshot below.
Click on Delete button to delete added blog.
On click on “Delete” button, blog status is changed to “Deleted” as shown in screenshot below.
Clicking on Blog Name link, user can view blog details.
Users can filter “Blog” by using various filter category as shown in screenshot below.
