Save Time : Pre-fill your rows with button !

Multifilter your table

I don’t know for you, but I love to display my data in coda using filters. For example, in my board game library, I like to display my game list according to their difficulty and loving scale, when I want to choose what to play to fit my friends level.
When I have multicritera filters with select control, this is very powerful :
Buying Date :
- Difficulty:
- Loving
Board game
Nom
Buying Date
Difficulty
Loving
No results from filter
But a cool way to valorize this, is to use it as well when you need to add a row to your table !

Add row when filtered with pre-fill button options

When we have filtered our data, we may want to
Add a new game
that fit the current filtering options.
For example, I’d like to see all the “difficult” game bought in 2022, and add a new one to my library with the same parameters. I’ll just need to use the select control buying_date and difficulty

Do not forget to activate “Open Row For Editing” to finalize the creation

But you just earn some time (and money!) with pre-fill tables !
