More than FinOps

The RORA model isn’t unique to accounting.

In fact we think we’ve developed a way of working that can deliver more fulfilling careers and better ops support for businesses in any field.

In 2023 we launched pilots in PeopleOps and LegalOps. We identified that those sectors had really similar problems to accounting:

controlled by old fashioned firms

people frustrated with their careers

not receiving the training they needed to make a difference in a fast growing business
