Teams consist of coders with business minds for a weekend of coding, building, and pitching. While coders build products, business-oriented team members will prepare marketing materials, a pitch deck, and a business plan. You will be judged on two fronts: code functionality + efficiency, business viability based on your business plan, marketing plan, and overall pitch.
Applications will close mid-March; late applications will be added to waitlisted
General Guidelines
Participant Guidelines
All participants must be university students
All Purdue participants must be in-person
If you are an out-of-state student, travel will not be reimbursed
Virtual teams not allowed
Team Composition: (MAX 6 people per team)
Technical Coders: participants that focus on the technical aspect to build tangible solutions for your product/application idea
Entrepreneurial Minds: participants that focus on business strategy, marketing, design, pitching, etc. to turn your AI-powered application into marketable products with sustainable business models
Submission Information
Submissions will not only be judged for the functionality and efficiency of the code, but also on their ability to deliver persuasive pitches, how you market the product, and its business viability
Nominated submissions (decided by our graders) will pitch their product
