Rank your competitors key attributes with a competitor comparison template

Copy this template certified by Product School to find opportunities and threats from ranking your competitors

What is a competitor comparison template?

A competitor comparison template allows you to rank your competitors by various attributes to find opportunities for your startup. By focusing on a few key attributes, you can score each of your competitors in a consistent way. Each attribute can also have a different weight so that the final score is a weighted average of each attribute. Your team can focus on broad market attributes or more specific product feature attributes in your competitor comparison template.
