I have setup a Quiz, but my questions are showing duplicate.

There was bug but that has been solved. Going forward we will not this issue. However, older assessments that have this problem needs to solved manually. That is equal effort from Engineering side as much as setting up a new assessment. So : 1. For Demo tenant assessments : We will set up new assessments 2. For Live clients : You can reach out to Parbonee with : Tenant name, Initiative Type, Initiative Name, Batch name, Assessment name, Assessment link, Number of questions intended, Number of questions showing up

I have added Questions in Question Bank, but its not showing while I setup Quiz in Assessment.

When we create Questions in Quiz Question Bank in the Admin Tool, it is in the v1 version. Whenever we create Assessment in LXP, it is in v2 version. Currently, Quiz Question Bank and Assessment v2 dont speak to each other simultaneously, i.e. if we add questions in Quiz Question Bank/BIAE Rubric in the Admin Tool, it will NOT automatically reflect in the Question Bank while creating Quiz/Survey/Project/EI. We need to run MIGRATION script for the questions to reflect. This migration script runs every 2 hours, like 10 - 12 - 2 and so on. Please do not fret if your questions dont show up. Its mostly because Migration is needed to be run.

I have edited Question in the Question bank, my changes are not reflecting even after Migration in the Quiz Assessment.

Migration only adds new Question to the v2 Question Bank, it does not take into account the edits made in existing question. So PLEASE ADD new questions if you feel your current questions need edit while making the current questions inactive.

While setting up Survey, I cannot see so and so Evaluation Dimension and Evaluation.

Check whether your BIAE Rubric is populated against the respective Evaluation Dimension. If its not, then it will not show up in the Survey Question Setup dropdown

If you have added and its still not showing then wait for Migration to happen.

Is there a suggested way to setup Quiz, if we are to ensure extra caution?

Add 4-5 UCs and respective questions at a time. Save the Quiz, refresh the page and then continue to add more UCs. This way if any issue arises wrt duplication, we can identify the same early.

Have Shuffle = No, to start with and verify all questions added in Question Sequence tab. Once you are confident all questions are showing up currently, then only make Shuffle = Yes.

I have added Expert while launching an Assessment with Expert Interaction, but my Expert cannot see Grading config nor the Learners.

Please ensure Expert Interaction Groups are created while launching, with the help of Advanced Settings tab. Download and check the recording below as to which tab is being talked about.

I have launched the Assessment within an Initiative but its not visible to the Participants.

Double-check whether the Participants are added in the Assessment or not.

Ensure the Participants are added in the Cohort as well otherwise, if they are not able to see the Cohort, they will not be able to see the Assessments either.

What is the Question Bank Migration schedule?

The Question Bank migration runs every 2 hours, i.e. 10AM - 12PM - 2PM and so on..
