Discussion topics
Activity of the interns and status of their domain
To coordinate with HRs.
Check and give feedback for the reports of associates
Doubts reg. Sign-in/Sign-out form were resolved
Join Slack (Communication) as well as Coda app (For MoM, Weekly reports, contribution report)
Tasks related to their domain and others were explained.
Domain-based task/Primary Task (For Example, if the intern takes care of Ops of Smm, he /she will be involved in checking whether the interns have posted the contents of respective social media platforms)
Task of every Ops intern
To create MoM( show them the format)
To create weekly report and Contribution report
To maintain database if any
To monitor the activities of the intern
To solve queries if any of the interns
Will be leading some of the calls if the Head is not present. So before the meeting, get the agenda from the Head.
