PROD END POINT:
params → ndr_type = PENDING/CLOSED/OPEN (mandatory param)
params → start_date new Param (from_date)
params → end_date new Param (to_date)
params → search_option=pickrr_awb/product_sku/product_name/customer_phone/ofd_count
params → search_text (to be used with search_option)
params → is_ops (will be true on ops portal dashboard, and false on seller dashboard)
params → ops_report_type (to be used only when is_ops=true) [master/pending/failed]
params → report_format (json/csv) [default is json] {specify csv to get csv file on download csv}
params → ops_email (Mandatory if is_ops is true)
