Long:

For me, people should be have (a) detail plans for their future jobs. Because when we have a preparation for our works, we will not only do it easily but also become a successful person in our major. Besides, that we will confident when we find a job that suitable with our personality and desires. So a detail plan is very useful for our jobs.

From my point of view, young people should have detailed plans about their career, they should learn other languages such as English , China …, moreover they can study more about computer certificate which is very useful for their future work.

In my opinion, detailed career planning is necessary. Because that will help us clearly understand the purposes and results of our careers. From there we will choose the right profession. And when we have a dream career, we will complete it happily without getting bored.

For me, I totally agree with this opinion.

I think that everyone shoud have a plan not just for careers. (as) It is so vital.

When we have detailed job plans, we can know that what we should and should not do to have a good results as we aim.

If we do not have a strategy for careers, we will easily feel disappointed (unsure what to do next, doubtful about our decisions/choices) and give up whenever we are facing problems/challenges/obstacles/challenging issues/difficulties. It leads everything we tried be in vain.

Tôi nghĩ người trẻ nên có kế hoạch chi tiết cho công việc của mình vì khi có một kế hoạch cụ thể cho sự nghiệp họ sẽ dễ dàng nhận biết rằng mình có đang đi đúng hướng hay không. Bên cạnh đó, khi đạt được những mục tiêu nhỏ trong kế hoạch của mình sẽ giúp họ có thêm động lực để làm việc và dễ dàng thành công hơn.

For instance, you have to aim for a strong transcript and an IELTS score of 7.5 in order to pursue a career as a law lecturer.

Tôi nghĩ rằng một kế hoạch nghề nghiệp chi tiết thì rất cần thiết cho những người trẻ bởi vì những lợi ích của nó. Một kế hoạch chi tiết giúp mình biết được những việc mình cần làm vào từng thời điểm để đạt được mục tiêu nghề nghiệp. Như một kết quả, việc tập trung vào con đường đã xác định sẽ giúp tiết kiệm thời gian và sức lực rất nhiều. Ví dụ, nếu bạn muốn thành giảng viên luật thì ngay trên ghế nhà trường bạn phải cố gắng có một bảng điểm đẹp và đạt ielts 7.5.
