Upload Excel file to OneDrive:
Go to the OneDrive website (onedrive.live.com) and sign in with your Microsoft account or your school/work account associated with Power BI.

Click "Connect" to start the connection process.
Authenticate with OneDrive:
A pop-up window will appear, asking you to sign in to your OneDrive account. Enter your credentials and click "Sign in".
Grant permission for Power BI to access your OneDrive files by clicking "Yes" on the permission prompt.
Select Excel file from OneDrive:
After authentication, you will see your OneDrive files and folders in Power BI.
Navigate to the folder where you uploaded your Excel file and select it.
Click "Load" to start importing the Excel data into Power BI.
Organize Data and Create Analytic Dashboard:
Follow steps 3 to 6 from the previous response to organize your data and create an analytic dashboard using the imported Excel data.
