Alpha (Alfa): The initial phase where software is actively developed. Internal testing is conducted, and not all planned features may be implemented. The version is not yet stable.
Beta: Following the alpha phase, a beta version is released for broader testing. It may be distributed to a wider user base for feedback, and developers aim to identify and fix any issues reported.
Release Candidate: A version considered stable after the beta phase. If no significant issues are found, it may become the final version.
General Availability (GA): Also known as the final or general release, this is the complete and stable version of the software released to the public for general use. It is presumed to have undergone thorough testing and is ready for widespread use.
