Program structure, participation, and refunds
The Crewmates program consists of two components:
A set of 9 live, virtual meetings with members of your assigned crew
Access to a private chat group
Participants acknowledge that they are members of a an early version of the Crewmates program, and as such meeting content and management of the chat may change over the course of the program.
Participation:
Participation in live meetings is critical for the success of groups. By registering, you commit to attend the majority of scheduled meetings during the program. Facilitators may keep a record of meeting attendance.
If you miss more than 3 meetings, your group facilitator may decide to remove you from the program with no refund. If you miss a meeting due to technical issues, email
after the first meeting. We’ll rematch you with another group if available, or process a full refund.
After that time, requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of Crewmates. Continuity in meeting participants is a key part of the program, so we strongly ask that people are able to commit to participating for the full course of the program.
Cancellation by Crewmates:
If live sessions are cancelled, we will issue a refund to you on a pro-rated basis based on number of live meetings that occur. For example, if the program is cancelled after 3 of the 9 meetings have happened, you will be refunded 2/3 of the original program cost. These refunds will require no action from participants.
If the online community becomes inoperable but the live meetings continue, no refund will be given.
Refunds will be processed within 1 week of confirmation that a refund request is valid.

You must be at least 16 years old to join the Crewmates community. You agree to abide by the terms and policies of technologies we use to facilitate the program, including Google Meet.
Crewmates will establish and moderate according to community guidelines, which will be shared in the private online community that you’ll gain access to after you’re accepted to the program.
These guidelines and policies are intended to keep the Crewmates community a positive and supportive place for people to achieve their goals. If you violate policies, we may remove you from the program with no refund issued.
Guidelines and policies will be modified as needed by the Crewmates team throughout the program.
