This will be the first major task(complexity and development time) the team will do; coming from a win, the team will be working on it with zeal.
With the RICE scoring, this scored the highest for the priority being a highly impacting. We also have user data to back this up.
The issues to be addressed are well documented, solutioning will take lesser time.

Build a recommendation engine based on the preferences of the user to be set duing the onboaring process or in the My Profile section.
The TG for this will be vast, changing avatars will give us new promotional material and impact the onboarding experience.
This is a feature enhancement, a new welcomed change for our long time users. This will play part in boosting the Customer lifetime Value(CLV).

After a long and high impact sprint, the results for which will take some time to come, the team need to work on a relatively less complex task with a shorter turn around. Will give them some space to blow off steam.
It scored second on the RICE scoring method.

UI revamp of the Website and Mobile app; the current UI is almost 3 years old.
The development time is short and the complexity low, it will be easier for the team to work on it and complete it within the current roadmap timeframe.
This is a small fun idea, impacting a lot more users, scored 3rd on the RICE model.

The roadmap should be ending on a high note; this is a new feature which everyone will be excited to see.
Easy and faster to get user data for the validation by the team.

This could be a great push or feature to start at the next roadmap since the Marketing team will have a feature to go to market with early in the lifecycle.
Coming from a low complexity, smaller task, a likely win; it’s easier for the team to pick up this and start working.

Re-invent onboarding - It’s been 1 year since last update and conversion has not really improved since
This needs better solutioning and work by the Product team. It’s an enhancement, which may or may not impact our users.
The results of this are speculated, there are other features which are aimed at gaining new users that are backed by data.
