สมาชิกของคอมมูนิตี้เป็นกลุ่มทีมอาสาที่มีความมุ่งมั่นต่อพันธกิจ แน่นอนว่า การหล่อเลี้ยงขวัญกำลังใจและไฟฝันให้ยังคงลุกโชน จำเป็นต้องให้ความสำคัญแก่ความผาสุกและการเติบโตพัฒนาในระดับปัจเจกบุคคลเป็นอันดับแรก เราเชื่อว่ากุญแจแห่งความสำเร็จขององค์กรคือการมุ่งเน้นให้ประสบการณ์การทำงานในคอมมูนิตี้นี้ต้องเปี่ยมไปด้วยคุณค่าและความหมาย ซึ่งสอดคล้องไปกับเป้าหมายด้านสุขภาพกายและใจของสมาชิก

Our own well-being is priority

Our community is a collection of mission-oriented volunteers. To ensure that we keep up our high spirits, we need to prioritize the well-being and personal growth of volunteer members before the growth of our work. We believe that the key to our successful organization is to ensure our work experience in our community is enriched with values and aligned with their well-being.

โครงการและการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ ของ RCTH ต้องสอดคล้องไปกับพันธกิจของชุมชน เราส่งเสริมให้อาสาสมัครทำงานอย่างเป็นอิสระ โอบรับประสบการณ์ระหว่างการทำงาน ความสำเร็จ รวมทั้งความผิดพลาดอย่างตรงไปตรงมาและสร้างสรรค์ ในฐานะคอมมูนิตี้ เราจะปฏิบัติและสื่อสารต่อสมาชิกทุกคนอย่างจริงใจและเป็นมิตร

Sincere, collective actions for our mission

At RCTH, our actions must align with our community’s mission. We encourage our volunteer to have work autonomy and to embrace experiences, including mistakes, with honesty and creativity. As a community, we make sure to treat everyone with sincerity and kindness, especially in our communication.

เสริมพลังแก่โลกและผู้คน

ในฐานะองค์กร เราให้พันธสัญญาที่จะดำเนินงานและสื่อสารในนามของดาวเคราะห์โลก นั่นคือเหตุผลที่เราสนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจการซ่อม เราจำเป็นต้องแสวงหาความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนการเคลื่อนไหวที่จะดำเนินไปสู่หนทางแห่งการสร้างสังคมที่ตระหนักถึงหลากหลายและการฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศ

ไม่เพียงแต่การเรียกร้องเพื่อโลก แต่เรายังจะใช้คอมมูนิตี้นี้เป็นแพลตฟอร์มในการสนับสนุนโครงการริเริ่มจากฐานราก ซึ่งเป็นการให้ความสำคัญต่อประเด็นปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำที่มีมาอย่างยาวนานในประเทศไทย เราหวังที่จะได้ร่วมมือกับทุกภาคส่วนในเครือข่ายเพื่อเป็นกระบอกเสียงให้ผู้คนให้ความสนใจในปัญหานี้มากยิ่งขึ้น

Power to the Earth and its people

As an organization, we are committed to acting and speaking on behalf of our planet, and that is why we are advocating for the repair economy. We needs to join forces and support social movements that will create paths towards a society that cultivates diversity and ecological regeneration.

Not only do we want to advocate for our planet, but we also want to use our community as a platform to vocalize other grassroots initiatives. This is to address the long-standing inequality in Thailand. We hope to join forces with partners in our network to bring more attention to the matter.
