Stakeholder Mapping

Stakeholders are people or groups who may be affected by or have an effect on your project. It is important to identify your stakeholders at the start, because stakeholders can be a great resources or obstacles. Stakeholder analysis will provide your project lots of perspectives from different parts of the community to make sure no one left unconsidered.
You need to consider 3 types of stakeholders: Internal, External, and Key Stakeholders.
