It is important to identify your stakeholders at the start, because stakeholders can be a great resources or obstacles. Stakeholder analysis will provide your project lots of perspectives from different parts of the community to make sure no one left unconsidered.
You need to consider 3 types of stakeholders: Internal, External, and Key Stakeholders.
