Basic Info

Deliverable: Integration video of 30 to 90 seconds

Placement: The integration must start between 0:20 - 3:00 of your video
no earlier than first 20 seconds
no later than 3 minutes

Publishing dates:
September 25-30th, as agreed on Matchmade

Content
The detailed instructions can be found in the doc below, but in principle
This time around, we don’t have such strict requirements or instructions for you, but we would rather love to see you present the coolest things about Hero Wars in your way and words
There is an example script in the doc below, but please don’t go with just it, but rather use it for inspiration

Hard requirements

= Things you must do / show / tell

Personal tracking link at the top of the description
Personal tracking link in the first pinned comment
Show your QR code at the end of the integration
The QR code will be generated and shared with you once the deal has been formed
Place the QR code at the top right corner of the ending screen (or another relevant part if you’ve created your own footage). Place it so that it’s not at the very edge of the frame
Show videos with our gameplay in high quality
Remember to download the provided footage so that it’s in full quality
You should not record any footage of the game yourself
Hero Wars must be the only sponsor in the video

Soft requirements

= Things that would be much appreciated but are not mandatory

Talk about the game face to camera
not mandatory, but if you typically show your face, please do so on the integration as well
Show yourself playing the game with a phone in hand
Don’t fake it. If you show yourself playing the game, make sure to actually play it and tap in the correct places

Timeline

Start working on your content
Please put a placeholder in place of the QR code, as you will receive that from us after the deal has been agreed on
DL for submitting the content for review at least 7 days before publishing date
Send your unlisted content for review via the
Content Submission Portal

and wait for approval before publishing it
Before publishing date
Wait for approval from Matchmade via chat
If you get any requests to change something, do those changes and resubmit the content for review and wait for approval before publishing
You will receive your personal tracking link from us
DL Publishing date
If the content is approved, you are good to publish on agreed publishing date
3 days after publishing date
We check that the video is live and everything is as agreed
We initiate the payout for the deal
You will receive an email notification advising how to fill in your payment details or alternatively how to send us an invoice
After you have filled your payment info
Payout will be made within 14 days of the payout triggering

Please use the materials linked in the brief document and download them so that they’re in high quality
Personal tracking link and QR code are provided to you via the chat closer to the publishing date

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask them via chat
If there comes any problems, delays or anything that might affect to you staying in the schedule, please let us know about it as soon as possible
In video, please refrain from needless bad-mouthing of the content and advertiser but be honest and constructive with any criticism you may have
