Travel Agent
We have an amazing opportunity for a skilled Travel Agent to join our world-class Support team as we launch a brand new product in corporate travel. As we're an early-stage company, this team member has the unique opportunity to to have a huge impact on how we are redefining customer support in travel.

In this role, you will:
Help customers via chat or phone with their travel reservations and ensure they have the best possible experience. No scripts, human conversation only.
Collaborate with your team to ensure all travelers are taken care of, at all stages of their travel experience. This involves great communication skills and problem solving as you work in a team setting.
Provide feedback on our product and process in an effort to improve the customer experience

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Sabre experience (Knowledge of Amadeus is a plus)
Experience arranging domestic and international travel with corporate clients
Microsoft Office/Google experience (Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel)
Ability to work within the United States
