We have an amazing opportunity for two highly experienced Travel Agents to join our world-class Support team as we launch a brand new product. These two team members will be running our VIP and Savings programs for a top client, and will therefore have the unique opportunity to directly impact how Pana is redefining customer support in corporate travel.
Work as the dedicated agent to service the VIP travelers of a Fortune 500 client, ensuring that their needs are met while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Build upon a successful and established savings program, looking for opportunities to create more value for your client while not sacrificing the traveler experience. This will include reviewing daily reports, negotiating with vendors, and suggesting improvements to the program
Multitask over a variety of mediums, while finding the lowest fares/deals for your clients, without sacrificing the traveler experience.
Collaborate with your team to ensure all travelers are taken care of, at all stages of their travel experience. This involves great communication skills and problem solving as you work in a team setting.
Provide feedback on Pana’s product and process in an effort to improve the customer experience

Minimum 5 years of recent Sabre experience (alternative GDS knowledge is a plus)
Ability to work within the United States
Experience arranging travel for executives of enterprise corporate clients
Experience running or assisting with savings programs for clients
Microsoft Office/Google experience (Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel)
You understand corporate travel at a deep level, and foresee the needs of VIP clients
