Management structure

Admins are people who:
Are responsible legally for PSR (optional)
Hold sensitive passwords and logins (e.g. all that relates to payment systems)
Have the same roles as Team members (including same vote weight)

Team members are people who:
Attend regular weekly meetings
Can vote on new directions / positions PSR takes during weekly meetings or on Slack
Have the key from the studio (no mandatory key fee).
Are responsible for the studio: order, cleaning, health safety and security
Are on PSR Team Slack (all channels)
Can curate PSR shows
Have access to Trello and main passwords (except sensitive passwords are held by admins)
Volunteers are people who
Help out with less time-intensive tasks (e.g. show curation, mix editing)
Can have the studio key if needed (no mandatory key fee ). If the volunteer uses the studio regularly, they clean it too.
Are invited to join the team members if they want to
Can visit team meetings
Are on PSR Team slack (limited channels)

PSR Team Meetings:
Happen every Tuesday 6:30-8:30 PM in PSR studio
Open for Team Members & Admins to participate
Volunteers can visit
Each meeting, new people volunteer to:
Lead the meeting
Involve all meeting participants (ask how we’re feeling, how was the week, etc.)
Read through the notes of the previous meeting, check the progress
Read through the agenda of the current meeting
Oversee other outstanding tasks that are in ToDo
Discuss the cleaning situation (if someone can’t clean they find who can replace them).
Take notes
Highlight most important & urgent comments in bold / note urgent
Tag people who are responsible for the task & mention a deadline if there is one
Create tasks in ToDo list, if the task is not a type that should be followed up next meeting. Assign people, add deadlines.

Tuesday team meetings are for in-person communication. If someone is not able to join but has a point to discuss, they can add it to the list of things in Trello card and we can call the last half hour of the meeting.

Every first Tuesday of the month - no-work meeting for the crew.

Every second Tuesday meeting of the month - review the tasks from TO DO / DOING columns of Trello & review our responsibilities
