If you have another citizenship (ie Italian, Spanish, German etc), you can sign up at many payroll tools (like Letsdeel.com) using that ID as your TAX id, instead of the banned one.

If you live near a country that can offer you a temporal residentship, you can start that process and then sing up using that ID as your TAX id
