Guideline to refer friends, relatives and acquittances

What’s the difference between a Lead and a Referral?

A lead is somebody we have on our network, while a referral is someone you trust.

If you present a lead, he/she may have been already contacted by our Recruiting team, therefore he or she wouldn’t apply as an actual NEW candidate from our point of view.

A referral is somebody you worked with or somebody you trust worked with. Or even you went to University together.

Do the Referrals have a special treatment?

Yes! With the information you provide us, we will get a deeper understanding of the strengths.

All candidates will have a technical and cultural screening, but we are counting you told them well about us already 😃. The idea is that we can hire them faster 🚀!

Do you offer a bonus?

Yes! We have an internal table that defined this. You will get this paid with their third salary!

What should I provide from a Referral?

In order to get the most of the process, we require the following to consider a referral

Mobile number

Personal email
