Terms & Conditions for comprehensive retreat planning

1. TOTAL PRICE AND PAYMENT DETAILS

Total price: 29 200 EUR

(per offer)⁠

The reservation is confirmed after receiving 50% of the payment. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

Payment can be made via bank transfer to:

Payment is due within 7 days of acceptance of receipt of invoice

2. CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your booking at any time. Your cancellation will be accepted when we receive a written confirmation (by email) from the head of your party.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation more than 90 days before the retreat: 50% of paid deposit

60-89 days: 25% refund of paid deposit

Less than 60 days before the rental: No refund

3. CHANGES IN THE BOOKING

Changes to the number of participants under the following conditions and subject to availability:

Up to 30 days before the retreat start date:

Up to 20% reduction in the number of attendees/nights will be accepted and discounted at a pro-rated amount (considering that the equivalent amount of accommodation units/F&B is also being canceled

Up to 15 days before retreat start date:

Up to 10% reduction in the number of attendees/nights will be accepted and discounted at a pro-rated amount (considering that the equivalent amount of accommodation units/F&B is also being canceled)

Cut off for any F&B reduction subject to refund

Cut off for any change to the activities included in the original package (#attendees, change in provided activity etc).

Cut off to adding additional participants/accommodation units
