A-Z retreat planning assistance (communicating with hotel, onsite vendors etc)

Sourcing and organizing team building activities/airport transfers/restaurant reservations

Planning/agenda best practices

Customized retreat dashboard with all details of the retreat / simplifying comms

Plugging in to your internal communication channel of choice (Slack, Teams etc)

Participant coordination/comms (given contact information is provided/no privacy concerns/GDPR issues)

250 EUR/day (during/pre-event)

8 hr/day service

Communicating/coordinating local vendors

Communicating with hotels and workspace vendors

Running local errands and assistance

Help with onsite retreat participant coordination and FAQ

Troubleshooting

Each hour over originally contracted 8 hrs at 100 EUR/hr

150 eur/hr
