Keep them in a separate doc, not the way we did on Negative Externalities where they were in the same doc as the script.
Script
When sharing with both Chris and Freelancer probably best to embed script in Coda doc and share that with the freelancer as Chris is reticent to change. This way the comments don’t get mixed up or shared. Ultimately though it would be good to set this up so that Chris too comes onboard though the problem with the script is, as we saw, the fact that sometimes his colleagues are included.
Production
Premiere Cuts
With each new cut, change the clip colour to white
then add the new clips on top.
Once internally approved change colour to green.
For the next cut delete the original white clips, change green clips to white and start again.
