Ownership & Accountability Policy

Task Ownership → Every team member is fully responsible for their assigned tasks and deadlines.
Proactive Communication → If a task is blocked, delayed, or facing an issue, speak up immediately.
Do not wait until the end of the day or the deadline to raise problems.
Escalate issues to your Producer or Team Lead as soon as possible so they can help unblock you.
Shared Success, Individual Accountability → While success is celebrated as a team, accountability for completing tasks rests with the individual.
No Deflection of Responsibility → Statements like “I finished my work but QA didn’t approve” or “someone else didn’t do their part” are not acceptable excuses.
Each person is responsible for ensuring their work moves through all necessary steps (e.g., QA, approvals) until it is officially completed.
