Applicability → This policy applies only if an employee is sitting after 8:00 PM.
Food Ordering & Approval → Employees working late may order food only through their Producer or Team Lead.If the Producer or Team Lead is not physically available, employees must get approval via call or text before placing an order.
Eligibility → Food is provided only to employees who are actively working on project tasks or assisting their teammates.
Non-Work Activities → Employees engaged in non-work activities (e.g., personal browsing, socialising, or unrelated tasks) are not eligible for food.
End of Day Rule → If you are not working or contributing to ongoing tasks, you are expected to leave the office once your work is complete.Loopholes → Late Sitting Exemption will not be granted if the time spent working is disproportionate to the total time on site. This exemption is strictly for verifiable, productive work and does not cover time spent on non-work-related activities.
