Applicability → This policy applies to all employees, just as it is implemented across all teams within Game District.
Eligibility for Late Coming →Late coming is allowed only for employees who stayed in the office the previous day until 8:00 PM or later.If an employee finishes work early (e.g., around 6:00 PM) but chooses to stay late by personal choice and not due to work requirements, then next-day late coming will not be granted.Ensure Applying on Flow HCM for late coming with valid reason.
Adjustment Rule →The allowed late coming time will be adjusted based on how late the employee stayed after 8:00 PM.Employees may come late up to a maximum of 11:00 AM the next day.
