Hygiene & Conduct Policy

To maintain a clean, respectful, and comfortable work environment for everyone, all team members are expected to follow the guidelines below:
Washroom Etiquette
Ensure the washroom is left clean after use.
Flush properly and make sure there is no water or mess left on the toilet seat or floor.
Use air freshener or perfume spray after use to maintain hygiene and freshness.
Respect Toward Support Staff
Always speak respectfully with office boys and support staff.
If a task is not being done or there’s an issue, inform your Team Lead instead of arguing directly.
Workspace Cleanliness
Keep your desk and surrounding area neat and organized at all times.
Avoid clutter and maintain a professional workspace environment.
Professional Behavior
It is strictly prohibited to throw food items, wrappers, or any object towards others — even jokingly.
Maintain personal hygiene and be mindful of body odor or strong fragrances that might affect others.
Respect each other’s personal space and boundaries at all times.
Entry Cleanliness
If you are coming from outside, make sure your shoes are clean before entering the office area to keep the environment tidy.
