Leave Intimation →
Any employee who wishes to take leave must inform the team in the official team group (Slack / Google Chat / assigned channel).
If leave is not informed in the team group, it will not be considered approved. Pay will be deducted for the day(s).
Exemptions →
The only exceptions to this rule are:
A serious accident or medical emergency where the employee is unable to inform. A natural disaster or technical outage (e.g., no mobile/network signals) that prevents communication. These are rare cases and will be considered only after verification.
Advance Notice for Extended Leave →
For planned long leaves such as marriage, Umrah, Hajj, or personal trips, employees must inform their Team Lead at least 1 month in advance. This allows proper planning and adjustment of work during their absence.
Accountability →
Every employee is responsible for ensuring that their leave requests are communicated and approved through the proper channel, except in the rare exemption cases mentioned above.
Leave & Attendance Compliance →
If any employee fails to apply for their leaves, justified late arrivals, or half-days on the company’s designated platform,
their pay will be deducted accordingly.
