About Yahaha Studio: Yahaha is a creative platform that allows creators to build 3D multiplayer interactive experiences without coding, and provides players with the cross-platform app Yahaha App that can let players discover and join the creations produced by Yahaha Studio with friends. Yahaha Studio also provides millions of 3D ready-to-use assets and monetization possibilities for creators.

Deliverable: 60 - 90 seconds YouTube video integration

Placement: The integration must be placed in the first 20% of your video

Publishing window: 23rd-30th May 2022

We’re not competing with professional game engines like UE and Unity

After accepting the deal:

Start working on the integration

Please put a placeholder in place of the QR code, as you will receive that from us after the deal has been agreed on

Submit your video draft for review:

Send your video draft as an unlisted YouTube video to us 7 days before the publishing date via the “Submit Content” button on your campaign page

If possible, submit your full video including the integration

If not possible, you can send the integration alone

Once you have submitted the draft, you can ignore automatic reminder emails. Please note that it takes us a few business day from us to get back to you with our comments/approval.

Wait for approval from Matchmade via chat

If the draft is approved → You can publish the sponsored video on the agreed publishing date.

If the draft is NOT approved → check our comments in the chat, make the necessary changes/corrections to your draft and resubmit the new draft for review again. DO NOT publish the content without approval.

Publish your content on the publishing date

Publish the sponsored video on the agreed publishing date and make sure your personal tracking link is in the video description and pinned comment.

After the publishing date

We will check if the video is live and everything is going as agreed.

You will receive an email regarding how to fill in your payment details or how to send us an invoice within a few business days. After you have filled in your payment info, your payment will be made within 30 days.

Yahaha Studio must be the only sponsor in the video. Please also make sure there is also no YouTube ad during the integration.
