Objective

We drive scalable process adoption across teams.
Standardize and document core workflows and SOPs.
Conduct workshops to build awareness and capability for process adoption.
Track adoption and gather feedback to improve usability and effectiveness.
We strengthen system efficiency alignment and feedback-driven improvements
Document and maintain clear records of system updates and workflows.
Collaborate with Product to replicate or integrate team-built systems into core platforms.
Consolidate feedback on system usage and ensure implementation of impactful features.
We accelerate automation efficiency and readiness.
Identify high-impact processes to automate for speed and scale.
Deliver training and support to build team confidence in automation tools.
Launch MVP automations to demonstrate value and drive adoption.

Not us / who we work with:

We don't manage worker communications:
We create the Forte document as a worker guide and training document for worker upskilling.
The Community Manager handles communication, training announcements, and sharing the Forte guide.
We don't directly write SOPs:
We identify and prioritize SOPs to be created, determine the impacted teams, and ensure balanced responsibility.
We can support creating general SOPs, but Area Leads must provide Loom videos or initial documents for team reference.
Area Leads will assign SOP creation tasks within their team and manage the process.
We don't lead onboarding training:
Learning & Development team creates documents and LMS training assessments for each area.
Area Leads will conduct and facilitate training with team members and provide feedback based on results.
Area Leads will provide the initial materials that L&D will use to create the onboarding document and loom video (if needed). They will also review the final training materials and plan.
We don't handle urgent or project-specific feature releases:
We create system SOPs for feature documentation.
Product engineers manage urgent and project-specific feature releases to avoid delays and loops in enablement for alignment.
We don’t do advanced automation.
We can support Google Sheets automation, and existing tool automation.
Sol Engineer handles project execution automation that requires Python, XML, or Neptune integration.
Engineering handles automation and integration of the product system features.
We don’t manage tools.
We can assist in exploring how tools can be integrated into existing systems.
People Ops manages onboarding tool access.
Project Managers or AI Leads utilizing tools for operations or AI projects should evaluate the tools thoroughly and coordinate with the Accounting department for any subscription requests or concerns.
The Accounting Team oversees the subscription tool.
Area-specific tools are managed by the respective teams using them including inputting information in Bitwarden for team use.
