Was just walking down the strip of Wellington between Bathurst and Spadina and felt a good energy. It has a sort of Soho/West-End London feel, lots of low and mid-rise brick buildings (although construction cranes abound. Interesting and “prestigious” offices like Stantec and Ogilvy (although Shopify have moved in which may be a sign of things to come), a little bit of retail/hospitality and potentially some residential.
