Week 9 - Pix4D 3D Structure Scan – Shed

This lab focused on processing a 3D structure scan using Pix4D software. The dataset used for this mission was collected during a Skydio flight of a small shed located in the student garden area at Purdue University. The goal was to generate a clean, complete 3D model that could be viewed and exported for later use.
The imagery was imported into Pix4D and processed using the 3D model template with the appropriate camera settings applied for the Skydio sensor. Due to the size of the dataset, processing took longer than previous scans, but the final result produced a well-defined model of the shed and its immediate surroundings.

Overall, this lab provided hands-on experience working with larger datasets in Pix4D and showed how flight planning and processing settings affect the quality of a finished 3D structure scan.
