It is designed to ensure we understand the problem completely, and take a proactive approach to find the best problem possible, while helping our consultants build a stronger and deeper understanding of the platform and how we present these solutions back to clients.

1 - Problem

It’s important to spend time to really understand more than what the problem is. We should consider:

Who is it a problem for?

How many people will be affected?

How often will it be a problem?

Why is it a problem?

Quite often what seems like a critical problem only affects a small population. Sometimes an automated fix is a lot more effort than manually resolving.
What is the problem

Who does it affect?

How often does it occur?

What is the impact if not solved? Can it be solved by a business process
