Updates to the user types that are permitted through the SSO into the KL. This includes changes for team members or CSP members have full levels of access to the KL without needing the SSO to assign different roles.
We would like to update it to include Board of Directors or other roles and need this information to be confirmed.
This required direct edits to the live site and did not go through the staging account.
These edits did not affect other users or the KL outside of the new rules we established for the SSO information being passed into the site.
General Bug Fixes
We have worked on and updated general bug fixes as they have been reported for our team to action.
These include an unforeseen issue that happened after launch wherein users were able to create a KL user without SSO and when updating to their SSO account, it failed to pass the appropriate token (permissions we have established) causing the user to not see the appropriate content. This is resolved.
CSP displays
With the urgency of CSP displays being addressed, we modified and updated the individual CSP template as instructed through IFMA team members.
Automated publishing of URL FROM the KL TO the Airtable Database [This took around 35% - 40% of the budget internally, for clarity]
Originally we set the system up with a one way synchronization from Airtable to the KL.
We updated the site to pass the URL of the new post back to the appropriate Airtable post and have it visible for admin
Ads
We worked through the ad integration plugin to confirm all ad space sizes and displays so that future ads can be easily modified by admin
Need to share how google ads can be integrated and the ad dimensions shared and the timeline on when it can be ready to go. Need a date to sell by.
Analytics
Alex was given access to the google analytics
This will be completed by Next Week (6/1/23)
Nice to add into the KL - Category under the title, create something that is member only. Indicating the access type on the front end.
