6. Zapier Integrations setup

Go to

Zapier.com⁠

For Spiral Clients please duplicate “RK LOGISTICS MICHAEL POWELL”

For Newson clients please duplicate “Trigger Appy”

Click “Zaps” on the left navigation bar and search RK LOGISTICS MICHAEL POWELL

CLICK > AND CLICK DUPLICATE ON BOTH REPLIES + TAGGED ZAP

click refresh then go back to click view in editor

edit the name to be [company name] [full name of linkedin account] [replies or tags]

Then go into do the customizations

For SPIRAL CLIENTS

FOR THE REPLIES n the search bar type “RK LOGISTICS MICHAEL POWELL

In the search bar type “CJselley - ulises”

Click “Duplicate”

Click refresh or search again to find the one that says “Copy-Cjselley-ulises”

7. Click the > arrow

8. Click “View in Editor” 9. Edit the name to the Client name and Profile Name - IE: “MarketingAgencyA - John Stones Account”

10. Click the Catch Hook and then click “Continue”

11. Click copy of the Webhook

⁠

12.Go to the account in Newson or Heyreach and find “integrations”

⁠

13. Click Add web hook on the right and click Webhooks configure

⁠

15.Type in any name ie replies , copy the link into the URL , select when a contact replies, all campaigns. Click create new

16. Click “Test”

⁠

17. Click continue

⁠

18.Find the Slack Channel in the box by typing the name

⁠

19. Click publish

⁠

For tagged leads

For the tagged leads we need to add the tags into the "Choose tags" box. You see screenshot. You need to select Warm Lead, Hot Lead and Booked Meeting

If they are not available to select to do simply first go to inbox: go to first message of a lead and create them by clicking on + new tag. After you add delete them. and go back to integrations and they will appear to be chosen.

For each zap we need the full name of the linkedin account on the zap can you go back on the 4 new zaps and add it it was for collis or buck?
