We've put together this onboarding plan to help you get up to speed in your new role as a Customer Success Manager on the Customer Success Team. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions 🙂
Invest in relationships In your first month, spend as much time as you can getting to know people and forming relationships.
Take time to learn. During your first few days, we encourage you to take the time you need to practice self learning. Avoid getting too caught up in project involvement right away, there will be plenty of time for that later. In your first 30 days, try to focus on getting comfortable and learning how things work.
Don't be afraid to ask. No one expects you to know how things work at Gushwork right away. Take advantage of that and ask for help when you need it, every single member of the Gushwork team is here to help!
In your first two weeks at Gushwork, you should set 15-30 minutes introductory meeting with your teammates to introduce yourself and start building memorable relationship with the team.
