Agenda

A good meeting agenda increases the productivity of meetings by establishing what needs to occur before, during, and after a meeting.
Stay engaged with this doc as you track agenda progress (which hopefully eases that jump-in after the inescapable Slack message distraction). You also have space for free-form notes, which you can choose to share with others after the meeting.
Here is a simplified version of that Zapier uses to run their staff meeting remotely.
Spend 10 minutes at the beginning of the meeting reading through each person's updates.
