Key Insights for Developer Effort

Minimal Dev Involvement (Best for Marketers, No-Code/Low-Code)
VWO, Optimonk, Intelligems – Ideal if you want to run tests without much engineering input.
Moderate Dev Effort (Requires Initial Setup but Marketers Can Operate)
AB Tasty, Convert.com, Visually – Devs are needed for setup and custom tracking, but marketing teams can handle most tests afterward.
High Dev Effort (For Engineering-Driven, Scalable Testing)
Optimizely, Firebase – Best suited for companies with dedicated engineering resources for experimentation.

Recommendation Based on Your Use Case

If you want quick, low-effort testing, go for VWO, Optimonk, or Intelligems.
If you need a balance of flexibility & control, AB Tasty or Convert.com would work.
If you require scalable, engineering-led experimentation, Optimizely or Firebase is the way to go.

Action Items
Notes
1. Book Demos & Free Trials
- Schedule demos with VWO, AB Tasty, Convert.com, Optimizely, and Firebase - Sign up for free trials (if available)
- Book calls via their websites - Check demo availability
2. Implementation & Ease of Setup
- Evaluate how easy it is to set up in Shopify
- Install trial versions on a test Shopify environment - Assess whether coding effort is required
3. Feature Testing
- Create & run a basic homepage CTA test
- Compare visual editor ease-of-use - Test targeting options
Need to ensure execution is quick
4. Performance Analysis
- Measure page speed impact - Evaluate real-time data tracking

Noted, and I agree that we need to move faster. Below are updates on the points you mentioned, along with a few clarifications where needed:
Staging Area for Products – We are buying the Impact theme to set up a staging environment. Until the US store goes live, we can use the ideal product page I created in the US website for this purpose. -
A/B Experimentation (Google Optimize/Optimizely/VWO/Intelligems) – Demo calls have been scheduled with VWO, Optimizely, and Intelligems. Here’s the Asana link for tracking progress: Also added you in the calls.
MarTech Stack Evaluation – WebEngage and MoEngage are being considered. I will share the decks in the slack so that there are no redundant parallel conversations in email.
Review Tools vs. Shopify Auto Reviews – Shopify does not have a native review tool. If there’s a specific auto-review feature you are referring to, please share details. Our current review tool supports:
Importing reviews from AliExpress, Amazon, eBay, and CSV files
Customizable layouts, colors, and fonts
Photo & video reviews
Automated review request emails
Rating badges & verified review tags
Review moderation & spam control
Bulk import/export of reviews
Custom review forms
UX Website Review Tools (Clarity) – We already have Microsoft Clarity implemented for heatmaps, scroll tracking, and click analytics.
Customer Feedback (@KnoCommerce) – KnoCommerce seems valuable for post-purchase surveys. Would love to hear the specific use cases you have in mind?
For the remaining tools (@Motion, @ClickUp, Email automation - Mailchimp vs. Shopify Email vs. Klaviyo, and Product Analytics - Google Analytics/Mixpanel), I believe you and Utkarsh will need to decide based on priorities. Let me know if you’d like me to prepare a deeper comparison or an initial recommendation.
Let me know if you’d like any modifications to this or additional details on any of the points.
Best, Mukesh
