Sales Overview

In September, total sales decreased by -3.6% compared to August. The search trend for 'blood pressure supplement' was down for most of the month, which led to a decline in traffic to our pages and impacted sales.
The Pack of 1 accounted for 52.2% of total sales with 117 units sold, while the Pack of 2 represented 48.2% of total sales with 108 units sold.

In September, we experienced less traffic, and our conversion rate increased for both SKUs.

Advertising Performance

Our impressions increased in this period, as did our ad spend as we experienced more engagement with the ads. However, our ad sales decreased causing ROAS to decline, and TACOS rose to 9.6%.

We noticed a +23% increase in ACoS, compared to the previous month.
ROAS has decreased from 3.8 to 3.09.
TACOS increased from 8.7% to 9.6%.
Our top keywords this month were “high blood pressure”, “pre cardix”, and “blood pressure”.

Market Share

The market grew compared to August, but our market share decreased from 5% to 4.6% in September. We noticed that the search trend for "blood pressure supplement" was down, which impacted our sales. Meanwhile, other products in the Top 5 saw an increase in sales, as search trends for their specific supplement ingredients, such as 'nattokinase' and 'resveratrol,' were up.

In August, our subscription count increased by 4%, and shipped revenue decreased by almost 1%. We are offering a 15% S&S coupon on first time orders.

Repeat Purchase Behaviour

The number of repeat customers and repeat orders increased compared to the previous month. Our repeat customer share grew by 5.8%, with 9.6% of all customers in September being repeat buyers. The majority of these repeat orders were for the 2-pack.

In September, we saw a increase in traffic to the storefront, however sales declined. We specifically observed a decline in sales through organic traffic, while sales through Sponsored Brand ads increased slightly.
