Executive Summary

Sales Performance:
In April, total sales rose by 8.6%, reaching $17,489. The overall market was up in this period, which supported the increase in sales. Although our ad sales decreased, the ads were running more efficiently this month with both ROAS and TACOS improving.
In April, we had more new-to-brand customers compared to March, which likely led to a shift in sales towards the 1-pack.
The 1-pack accounted for 70.8% of total orders, with 214 units sold and $9,619.30 in sales, while the 2-pack represented 29.2%, with 88 units sold, generating $7,915.60. Altogether, 302 units were sold.
2. Advertising Performance:
Both ad spend and ad sales declined in April, but our TACOS improved during the month.
Advertising spending decreased by 8.2%.
Advertising sales experienced a slight decrease of 5.8%.
Impressions slightly increased by 1%.
ACOS declined from 27.3% to 26.5%.
ROAS was approximately and slightly improved from 3.6 to 3.7.
TACOS decreased from 10.6% to 8.63%.
Our top-performing keywords this month were "blood precardix" and "heart health supplements."
3. Keyword Trends:
The search volume for “Blood Pressure Supplement” and “High Blood Pressure Supplement” fluctuated in April.
4. Conversion Rates:
The 1-pack experienced an increase in conversion rate in April, driven by a higher proportion of organic traffic compared to March. Since organic traffic typically converts at a higher rate than ad-driven traffic, this shift positively impacted performance.
In contrast, the 2-pack saw a decline in conversion rate, as it received more ad-driven traffic in April, which generally converts at a lower rate than organic traffic.
5. Amazon Attribution & Storefront Analytics:
In April, traffic from the attribute decreased, but we still received 1 order. In March we didn’t receive any order.
Storefront traffic saw a slight decrease. Additionally, storefront sales increased by 3.6%.
6. Updates:
• We have the following brand tailored promotion available. We recommend offering 10% off.

• We should plan to pause the S&S coupons by May 26th if we plan to participate in Prime day sales. These coupons now affect the reference price.
• Should we begin implementing the new ad strategy and are there specific images we should use for each funnel?
• Our team is still working on getting the documents on the detail pages updated. We have a case open with Amazon support. They asked us to wait 48 hours, however the changes didn’t reflect, so we are still following up with them.
