Executive Summary

Sales Performance:
Total sales decreased by 0.8% as we experienced less traffic compared to March.
The Pack of 1 accounted for 54.6% of total sales with 94 units sold, while the Pack of 2 represented 45.4% of total sales with 78 units sold.
Advertising Performance:
Ad sales increased by 7.5%, while ad spend increased by 16.1%. As a result ROAS declined.
Keyword Trends:
The search volume for ‘blood pressure supplement’ and ‘precardix’ was down compared to March.
Conversion Rates:
The conversion rates for both the Pack of 1 and the Pack of 2 improved.
Amazon Attribution & Storefront Analytics:
We saw a reduction in both traffic and sales via the attribution link, as well as a decline in traffic and sales on the storefront compared to the previous month.
Challenges & Resolutions:
We're closely tracking the status of our application to acquire the Small Business badge for our listing.
We have a case open with Amazon regarding the User Guide upload. We continue to prioritize our communication with Amazon regarding this matter.
We are still experiencing an issue in the back end. This issue is preventing us from being able to upload the new images and remove any old images. We have a case open with Amazon to resolve the issue.
Recommendations/Updates:
We are currently working on launching new campaigns, and adding new ASINs to our competitor targeting to maximize the new ad budget.
We are now eligible for Premium A+, which means we can utilize a number of different modules to engage customers.
