Total sales increased by 6.5% in March as organic sales grew.
The Pack of 1 constituted 55.4% of total sales with 97 units sold, while the Pack of 2 represented 44.6% of total sales with 78 units sold.
Advertising Performance:
There was a 23% decrease in total ad sales compared to February. Impressions grew and there was a slight increase in ad spend but with the reduction in ad sales, ROAS declined.
Keyword Trends:
The search volume for the keywords ‘blood pressure supplement’ and ‘precardix’ fluctuated throughout the month.
Conversion Rates:
The conversion rate for the Pack of 1 declined, while the conversion rate for the Pack of 2 increased.
Amazon Attribution & Storefront Analytics:
We experienced an increase in traffic and sales through the attribution link, however, we experienced a decline in traffic and sales in the storefront.
Challenges & Resolutions:
We are monitoring the progress of our application to obtain the Small Business badge for our listing. The case is currently pending action from Amazon's side.
We are in the process of uploading the User Guider, however due to Amazon’s new process, we are running into issues. We will continue to work on getting the document uploaded.
We are experiencing an issue in the back end. This issue is preventing us from being able to upload the new images and remove any old images. We have a case open with Amazon to resolve the issue.
Recommendations/Updates:
Hypertension Month Promo: We recommend a sale price promotion on the Pack of 2. We could offer 15% off for the month or for a deeper discount we could run 20% off for a shorter period in the month.
We have adjusted the ad budget for Q2.
