Total sales decreased by 24%, as our top selling product was down due to a Food and Product Safety Issue from Feb 2nd-20th. We received ~65% of orders Organically and ~35% via PPC with an ACOS of 27.7%, which decreased significantly as compare to previous month.
Advertising Performance:
Ad sales decreased by 24%, while ad spend decreased by -46% as impressions came down, as a result ROAS increased by 40.6% and TACOS decreased to 10.6%.
Keyword Trends:
The search volume for ‘blood pressure supplement’ came up in the first half of the month, however came down mid-month and ‘Precardix’ stayed steady throughout the month.
Conversion Rates:
The conversion rate for the Pack of 1 increased, while the conversion rate for the Pack of 2 decreased.
Amazon Attribution & Storefront Analytics:
We had less traffic and sales through the attribution links and also saw a decrease in storefront traffic and sales in February.
Challenges & Resolutions:
The Pack of 1 being down due to a Food and Product Safety Issue for most of February affected our overall performance for the month. Through the appeals and daily follow ups we were able to resolve the issue, unfortunately Amazon has not provided us with any details as to what caused the product to get flagged in the first place.
