Booked List

The Booked List displays all customer orders that have been processed through your website. This includes finalized bookings, active carts, and any cancelled orders.
At the top of the page, you can narrow down the displayed orders using the following filters:
Search Bar: Quickly locate orders using keywords such as customer name or experience name.
Purchase Date: Filter orders based on the date they were purchased.
Service Date: Filter based on the date the service is scheduled.
Order Status: Choose between Booked, Incart, and Cancelled to view orders by their current status.

Upload ticket or a voucher

Clicking on any order in the list will take you to a detailed page where you can view all the booking information. You will also have the option to upload a ticket or voucher related to the customer’s activity confirming a reservation or entitlement to a specific service.

Carts List

This option helps you track customer interest, monitor cart activity, and follow up on incomplete purchases.
At the top of the page, you can narrow down the list of carts using the following:
Search Bar: Look up carts by entering a customer name, user ID, or cart ID.
Last Update Date: Filter carts based on when they were last modified.
Cart Status: Select either Open or Purchased to display carts based on their current status.

Note: You can upload a voucher in the Carts List the same way you would in the Booked List section.

Invoices List

The Invoices List page allows you to view and manage all generated invoices.
At the top of the page, you can easily narrow down invoices using:
Search Bar: Look up invoices using the invoice code, customer name, or customer ID.
Date Filter: View invoices created on a specific date.
Click the Download icon (cloud with an arrow) next to the search button.

Transactions List

The Transactions List section lets you monitor and manage all payment activities associated with customer orders.
Use the following filters at the top of the page to find specific transactions:
Search Bar: Enter a user ID, customer name, or transaction reference to quickly locate a transaction.
Last Update Date: Select a specific date to view transactions updated on that day.
Transaction Status: Filter transactions by their current status:
Pending – Awaiting processing
Success – Payment completed
Failed – Transaction was not successful
Refund – Payment was refunded

Customers List

The Users List provides an overview of all registered users on the platform.
Search Bar: At the top of the list is a search field where you can search users by: email, name and phone number.
Export to CSV: Click the download icon next to the search bar to export the entire user list into a CSV file.
